Application Package Fees: We charge $99.95 for up to 5 Searches in a 12 month period and $25.00 per application. All applications are prepared in accordance with the specifications of the USPTO and require the signature of the owner and / or Duly Authorized Officer if a Corporation is to own the mark. We also include a pre addressed envelope to the USPTO. All you have to do is Review, Sign, and mail with the appropriate filing fee. Apply Now !

We can also prepare the forms and email them to you in PDF (Adobe) format for no additional charge. You'll have your completed application within 3-4 business day!

Trademark Searches: We perform all Trademark Searches for the Category of goods and Services you request. When completing the application, their are 42 Categories of Goods and Services in which we complete the search for you. Other Services require you to complete the search first prior to completing the application.

The US Government Fees:

The US government charges $325 per classification to file for a federal trademark. A classification is a way to identify what type of goods or services you are selling. For example, if you plan to trademark the unique name Popcycle, and you plan to use that mark to sell both bikes and special clothes with your logo, you would want to apply for 2 classifications (one for bikes and one for clothes). That will cost you 2*$325 = $650. When you first submit your application, it's advisable to submit just $325 for one classification only. The Trademark Office will contact you if you owe additional fees.

State Trademark Fees:

Trademark USA also performs State Trademarks for an additional $45.00. This includes the Search with the state, completed application, addressed envelope to the proper state filing division and copies to the client. Should a mark not be available for filing, we will honor the application and a Free Search for 12 months from the time you submitted the application.
