Our search will include all similar results that may conflict (if any) with your proposed trademark. This search is a "For USE" search to clear the way to use without infringing upon an existing trademark. Basic Service Search Does allow 3 Quick Searches or "Direct Hits" for the term only and does not include variation services separate from the proposed names, slogans, or words you submit for search. Trademark-USA.com will perform a comprehensive Federal & State Database Search. This service is recommended for both federal and state trademark applications. The Trademark Office does not clear state databases for existing trademarks. If a trademark is in use in a state and you file on a federal level only, your mark is secondary to the existing mark.
